Tissue Shipping

All Animal Biotech Industries, Inc., post-mortem porcine tissues are harvested fresh by our highly educated and trained technicians according to client specifications and are immediately chilled to 35-37 degrees Fahrenheit. ABI maintains the tissues at this temperature until the client receives their products. We also freeze tissue if requested and ship the frozen product on dry ice.

The two most important things in providing extremely high-quality post-mortem porcine tissues are the expertise in harvesting the tissues correctly and making sure the tissues get to the client exactly when they request them to arrive. Those two topics are paramount to ABI, and we go to great lengths to achieve success in both arenas.

All transportation of ABI’s post-mortem tissues is done via FedEx, UPS, and custom couriers. We can have your tissues arrive whenever you request them whether it be first thing the next day, later the next morning, or even hand-delivered the same day. ABI is committed to excellence throughout the tissue harvesting, processing, packaging, and tissue shipping procedures until they reach the client facility. Tissues are packed in insulated boxes with cold packs or dry ice depending on the client’s requirements. ABI’s time-tested methods of packing always ensure that the tissues will remain at the proper temperature to minimize the degradation processes during shipment. ABI routinely runs climate-controlled studies on our packaged tissues in all climate conditions and finds that a constant temperature-controlled environment can be maintained inside each package for many days.

Clients are included in the inner tracking circle with all our shipping companies, which allows all parties to stay informed of the status of the packages while in transit until clients receive them. We closely monitor client packages to be sure they are not held up during the delivery process. ABI is informed of any delays as soon as they happen and takes steps to alleviate the cause and get the packages on their way as soon as possible while keeping the client fully informed. ABI also builds contingency plans into its tissue orders and tissue harvest schedules so it can be sure that our clients have their products on time and in perfect condition in case of a delay. We understand the critical nature of clients’ work and the importance of the tissue quality and timeliness of its arrival.

Delivering Exceptional Customer Service

“Having scheduled an impromptu tissue lab a week out, I asked a colleague for a recommendation of a company to order stomach and bowel from. He provided me with ABI’s contact information. My order was placed and product was to be delivered the day before my 7 a.m. lab. The day before my lab, I received a note from FedEx explaining my delivery would be made the following day. Deb went above and beyond to contact FedEx to resolve my situation for me and provided contingency plans just incase. Deb was compassoinate about resolving the shipping comany’s error while ensuring the least inconvenience to me. Luckily, FedEx was able to circle back to me a few hours later and all was rectified. I truly appreciate ABI’s efforts in ensuring I had what I needed to do my job and their willingness to do whatever it takes to make sure their customers have what they need. I will be sure to recommend their services in the future.”
